“Lindsay and Nicole were amazing! We had period virtual meetings and they helped fill out an Excel planner, there were so many details I would not have thought of that got addressed that way. Nicole contacted all of my vendors and set up the timeline for their arrival and set up, and it was one less thing for me to worry about. “We hired Veil to provide day of coordination for our wedding (as well as wedding tear down), but I feel like Veil provided value way beyond just this one day! Lindsey and our coordinator Jaclyn touched base with us from first hire, and kept track of our planning process throughout our entire engagement (almost 1.5 years). I loved that Jaclyn and Lindsey were always available to answer questions, refer vendors, give advice. The month before the wedding we worked closely with Jaclyn to prepare for the wedding day, as she was a part of our walk through and we separately talked throughout this time. I can’t tell you how much Jaclyn made me feel comfortable about execution of my plans! “Soon to be brides…. Seriously, hire Lindsay Kooser from Veil Events and have her bring her assistant Ellery because they are simply magic. I am sure I am not the only bride ever that thought “but do I really need to hire a wedding coordinator? Is it really worth the money?” Absolutely always say yes to these questions. I feel like I’m going to constantly struggle with words to really explain just how perfect our wedding day was and I 1000% owe it to everyone involved. Yes, I’m a complete control freak with high expectations and am overly observant with ridiculous standards for attention to detail… but, when you have the right people in your corner, this is all okay. Lindsay was with me along the way as I rushed to plan this beautiful wedding in less than 3 months, while constantly going back and forth about whether my dad would make it and if we should cancel and the emotions… all of the emotions. “Veil Events was absolutely the best investment we made for our wedding. We hired Lindsay in August 2020 for our June 2022 wedding, and she was there for every step in the wedding planning process. She was full of great ideas, helpful suggestions, and useful insight at every meeting we had. She truly made my wedding day a dream come true. She always came prepared for every meeting and helped coordinate things from vendor meetings to budgeting to helping me with décor and choosing wedding colors. “Hiring Veil Events was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding process. First off, the wedding planning guide they mail you (and give to you in excel form) is absolutely fantastic and made planning so straight forward. Our planner was Kaylie and there are not enough great words that we can say about her. While we got married in Kansas City, we actually planned our wedding from Virginia where my husband is stationed which meant mostly meeting via Zoom. While this is not ideal for most people, Kaylie made it an enjoyable, stress-free process which made us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making. Her wealth of knowledge about vendors and wedding tips was incredibly useful and helped us to make informed decisions about vendors and decor. If she didn’t know a vendor, she reached out to other members of the Veil Events team to get their opinions and experiences, ensuring that every vendor we went with was top notch.
